I'm Engaged!

Yea it was quick and yea I'm in love with the most amazing guy in the world and yea...we are getting married! I am in Thatcher right now at Sam's house and I thought we were just gonna come up here for the weekend just to hangout with some friends and meet with his parents some more. He had said that his friends Chace and Rachel wanted to go up to their cabin on Mt. Graham and asked if we wanted to go up with them and of course I said yes and we were on our way. As I was getting ready to go yesterday afternoon, I kind of thought to myself, what if he proposes? He had told me time and time that the ring wasn't going to be done for 3 weeks so I just remembered that comment and didn't think anything of it again. As we were driving up the mountain, we were just talking and laughing and having a good time and then we pulled up. We grabbed the little picnic basket his mom had packed for us and headed up the stairs. He opens the door and I poked my head in and hear music, see candles everywhere, and there were roses and petals all over the place! Sam had mentioned that he thought it might have been Chace and Rachel's anniversary on our way up so I walked in thinking that Oh my goodness! We are walking into their date?! But no. In that moment, my heart was beating so fast it almost blew through my chest. He tells me to open the box on the table and I freaked out a little bit and got scared but I grabbed it, opened it, and there was nothing in that dang box. That little trickster. I turned around and he said, Will you marry me? And I said Get on your knee! And then he got down and said, Will You Marry Me? And of course I said YES!!! So there's our little story :] We plan on getting married at the end of April getting into May but we're still deciding the best date! I will surely keep you posted! Amber Daley, cute!

Waxing Time

Ever heard of No Shave November? Well, our dear friend Kimri Kerby decided she was going to shave her legs about the 31st of October and she JUST BARELY decided, "Yea, this is getting a little out of control." Here's what I did about it. :] SO MUCH FUN!
It really is my favorite thing to do at school but it can get really messy. The worse is doing underarms. Ooo that kills but it's so worth it. Anytime you want anything done, just let me know!

Knick Knack Patty Wack...

So my sister Hollie has a thing for Headbands and extravagant hair do-dads that she spends ridiculous amounts of money on. One day during Christmas Break, Rachel, Brianna, Steph, Heath, and I decided that we could easily make these adorable hair accessories and this is what we came up with!

Christmas Time is Here...

I cannot believe how quick this year FLEW by! I guess if you look back on it, every year kind of goes by quick. Here's a little update on what's going on in my life right about now. I'm still going to school and taking in clients. The other day, one of my clients tipped me 10 bucks! Since I usually only get tipped like 3 or 5, I thought that was pretty awesome. And she told me she's going to refer so many people to me! That got my esteem boosted pretty high. :]

What else is new? Ummm, I'm dating someone. His name is Sam Daley and he's absolutely incredible. He treats me like a real Queen and every girl deserves that. Tonight I'm going to meet all of his family at his Daley Christmas Party. A little nerve wrecking but I can tell he really adores me and I don't think I have anything to be afraid of. Yesterday he was over all Sunday night chit-chatting away with all my family. It's really nice to meet someone who's so personable and easy to like! We'll see how things go in the next month or so ;] I'm really happy though and I don't think I've been this happy in a long, long time.
For Christmas Rachel and Eric, Hollie, and Keith and Hayley are all coming in town! Hayley and little Mallory are already here and it's been so fun. She's getting so big! Rachel and Eric and the girls are getting in tomorrow night from Utah and Hollie gets in Christmas Eve in the morning sometime. It's going to be such a blast having almost everyone home for Christmas. James and Michelle, we still love you and we promise we won't have too much fun without you :]. We're going to be making lots of goodies and Hollie promised to make us an awesome dinner on Christmas Eve. Let me tell you, she's an excellent cook and I'm looking forward to stuffing my face.
It's snowboarding season! Here in the next couple days, we're gonna go up to Flagstaff and board for the day for Heather's birthday. We love taking our little day trips up to the slopes and shredding some serious ice. It's so sweet. Seriously though. Eventually when all of us friends aren't dirt poor and super cheap, we'll head up to Park City, or Brighton, probably even Big Bear or whatever the heck else. We wanna see what else is out there compared to Arizona's ski parks which I guess are horrible.

Twilight

You know, it's truly an amazing story if every woman/girl in the world is insanely obsessed with it. Not overrated at all. The movie? Incredible. I plan to see it ten times while it's in the theaters. Anyone that says Edward was not perfect might have serious problems. I imagined the book in my head so similar to the movie it's scary. Of course it was obviously low budget judging by the cheesy running and jumping effects but I still loved it! Stephenie Meyer has gotten a lot of men into trouble but she pretty much told the exact story of what every girl wants in a man so all men should quit crying about the crazy vampire love story and take some notes!
